1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Returned in the original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at lzhi202407@163.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via PayPal.

• Please allow [5–10 business days] for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different model or color, please contact us to confirm availability before sending it back.
