We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at lzhi202407@163.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
